Both by design and in practice, Doctor Who has both a long history of breaking barriers, and yet staying endemically the same. This panel will embrace the diversity that Doctor Who has demonstrated over time, and critique where matters of representation on race, gender and sexuality hasn’t gone far enough, exploring the idea of whose stories the show is ultimately telling.
