Doctor Who fans have been engaging with the show’s universe for decades, through the creation of their own fan fiction stories in print, on audio and in video. Our panel will take a look at the place fanfic, fan audio and fanvids have in the Doctor Who collective; how fan creation develops and sometimes even supplants canon in the minds of its fans; and what modern technology has done for the production and distribution of fan creativity.
